RETURN POLICY
Return window
30 days between receiving your order and dropping off your return parcel.
Eligible items
Any item in its original condition (undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, unworn except for trying on, with all original tags).
Prepaid return label
Available for: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy. A flat fee of €3 is deducted from your refund.
Refund
Within 15 days. We do not offer exchanges.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Return declaration
You can send your parcel back directly without declaring the return (except in cases of defect, delay, or other special circumstances).
Packing your parcel
- Please include the delivery note in your parcel so we can identify your original order. If you have lost it, you can write your name and order number on a plain piece of paper.
- You may reuse the box or bag from your order if it is still in good condition. In that case, remove or cover any existing carrier labels.
If you use a different package, it must be appropriate, opaque, and the right size.
Using the prepaid return label
- The prepaid return label is available for the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal.
- It is included directly in your parcel. Please contact customer service if it is missing or lost.
- The parcel must be dropped off at a Chronopost relay point.
- A flat fee of €3 is deducted from your refund.
Returning without a prepaid label
Please send your parcel using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

DEFECT / DELAY
In case of defect, delay, or other special circumstances, please contact customer service before sending your parcel back.
REFUND
- Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving your parcel. Please contact us if your parcel shows as delivered and this timeframe has passed.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when the refund is processed.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you would like a different item.
- In case of a return for defect or delay, our customer service team will get in touch with you to find a suitable solution.
